Hello, I’m Phil — founder and Canine Happiness Officer at Tails of The Lake.
I built Tails around a simple idea: dogs deserve more from daycare than just somewhere to burn off energy.
We get to know your dog’s needs so we can build their day around them.
That’s one of the reasons we deliberately have fewer dogs per member of staff than other daycares. It gives us the time to pay attention, adapt what we’re doing and treat dogs as individuals rather than simply managing a group.
Our team is trained in dog behaviour and first aid, but for me the standard goes beyond qualifications. I want us to know your dog properly and give them the kind of day they genuinely enjoy.
That, to me, is what premium daycare should be.
